Security is not found in riches, but in rich relationships.

Our Leadership Team

I was raised to value CHARACTER ABOVE ALL, and have intentionally worked at honoring those roots since I started my insurance career straight out of college some thirty years ago.

As a soft personality in a hardcore industry, I have tried to lead from a position of reliable others mindedness, respectful collaboration, and integrity at all costs. I'm proud to say that Integrity Benefit Partners has historically enjoyed explosive growth from this business approach.

But
YOU CAN'T BRING A KNIFE TO A GUN FIGHT.

After trying to bridge the now-impossible gap between employers' desires to provide benefits that are
actually of value to employees, and simultaneously watching these same great employers sustain hard-hitting blows from the Modern Mafia at each renewal season, it's time for a change.

We're pissed. And that word never would have crossed my lips ten years ago, as my grandma wouldn't approve. But if she had seen what WE have seen behind the American healthcare curtain, she'd say it too.

NO MORE MR. NICE GIRL. I'm off to war.

FOUNDER & CEO

Lydia Clark

I'll never forget seeing the NICU bills for my daughters. MILLIONS in total bills, and yet the hospitals didn't actually collect even a fraction of these amounts when all was said and done. I've spent the last several years seeking out WHY those falsified numbers were placed on these bills... AND the uncovering the near criminal deal-making that is going on behind the scenes.

My name is Dylan Melling, and I'm the data dork of the firm. When I'm not doing the
HEROIC WORK of unveiling for employers the hidden revenue streams and nepotistic kickbacks built into their group health offerings, or significantly lowering their renewal rates (yeah, you heard right), I'm focused on my family.

Whether it's taking our young daughters on wondrous weekend adventures, slow-smoking delicious meats for our family meals, or sharing the splendor of basketball and The Greatest Spectacle in Racing with friends, I love the community that my family and I have built in Indianapolis.

Savory smoked meats aside, you're here because you're trying to find a
PITBULL OF A PARTNER in managing your healthcare budget. And if so, our current clients would tell you... I'm your man.

PRACTICE LEAD

Dylan Melling

After hearing my husband, Dylan, rail every night for three years about the challenges American employers and families are facing in their ability to obtain safe, reliable and affordable health care, I experienced them firsthand with the premature birth of our daughter.

In the multi-million dollar bill that seemed to arrive before we even had a chance to unpack back at home, we were charged the Level 4 NICU rate (reserved only for the most critical cases) for the entire six week stay, even though the last several weeks she was in a private room untethered to any critical monitors, and nearly
ALL of her care was provided by us, not nursing staff.

SO I JOINED THE FIGHT.

My job, put quite simply, is to ensure accurate and thorough implementation of our illustrious design team's strategies, and to craft a flawless end-user experience as a reflection of our corporate mission.

In addition to wrangling the new strategies and partners Dylan drums up on the daily into workable, seamless team of superheroes who are revolutionizing employer health offerings, I also wrangle our two toddlers.

In short... I hang up my superhero cape each night while it's still smoking like my husband's prize-winning ribs.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Ashlee Melling

As executive liaison for one of IBP's most trusted partner firms, Nate brings his eagle eye, street smarts, and unsurpassed tax law tenacity to our team of mafia-busting professionals. As a Certified Public Accountant, Nate helps our agents craft tax-advantaged solutions to their employee benefits cost challenges, and is the credentialled signor on all employee health plan fiduciary audits.

But that's boring. What you REALLY want to know about Nate, you can find out in the deer stand if you're lucky enough to be invited. Nate is a wealth of charming anecdotal stories about how Indianapolis has changed over the years since his family farm in Fishers, near the modern day Ikea, was (and I quote) "miles and miles from the next nearest house." The depth of his authentic and extensive connections across Indianapolis over the last 40 years stands in stark contrast to today's world of hustle and individualism in business.
