Today's healthcare intermediaries employ overly complex, clouded strategies to maximize their profits at unsurpassed levels of burdensome expense to business owners, consumers, and even healthcare providers.


Pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) wield SIGNIFICANT POWER OVER DRUG PRICING and reimbursement, frequently negotiating secretive deals that can lead to grossly inflated costs for employers and patients.


Insurance companies and benefits brokers routinely engage in intentionally opaque practices, designing policies and fees that BENEFIT THEIR BOTTOM LINES rather than providing transparent, fairly priced coverage for employers and their valued work force.


While Congress has imposed laws in attempts to limit Modern Mafia profits, players like hospitals and insurance companies thumb their nose at them, creating multiple subsidiary companies not subject to the same profit limits so they can funnel their profits through these entities.


In the 2020s, these players have created systems where economic bullying, lack of transparency, and protection of the good old boys' club force individuals and businesses to "pay-to-play." The financial elites once again exploiting vulnerable entities for their own gain.
